OT Workshop

On Tuesday, October 24th, please join us for our Occupational Therapy led parent workshop on sensory processing and regulation! Kate will focus on the different components of self-regulation including emotional regulation, sensory processing and regulation, and cognitive regulation. She will discuss what sensory processing is and how you can adapt activities and your environments to support your children in a variety of tasks. Kate will review some hands-on strategies that you can begin to implement at home and in the community. There will be a period of time for questions and answers. We look forward to seeing you there!
